What Ranked Pro includes

The paid listing, feature by feature, what it changes about the score, and what it deliberately does not buy.

Ranked Pro is the paid listing on a Ranked site. This page sets out exactly what it includes, what it changes about the ranking, and what it does not buy at any price.

Ranked Pro starts with 14 days free and no card. The rule it turns on is already live everywhere: every business is ranked on customer upvotes and profile completeness; Ranked Pro businesses also compete on verified reviews. No one can buy a position. A free listing's page says so, where the review form would be — reviews open when the business joins.

What a free listing already has

Worth being clear about this first, because it is most of the product.

A free listing appears in every list it belongs to, ordered by the same score as everyone else. It can be upvoted by anyone — upvotes are open to every listing and always will be. It carries a description, photos, fields of work, hours, address and location. It is ranked on customer upvotes and profile completeness. And it receives enquiries through the Ranked contact form, so a customer who wants to reach you can.

That is not a trial and it does not expire.

What Ranked Pro adds

Verified reviews. Reviews are the second component of the Ranked Score, and receiving them is a Pro feature. A free listing's review term is zero; a Pro listing competes on the ratings its customers leave. Reviews are written by customers, moderated before publication, and averaged against a prior so a single review cannot outweigh a long record. Paying opens the channel — it does not decide what comes down it, and a poor review counts exactly as much as a good one. If a subscription lapses, the reviews already collected stay on the listing and keep counting: they were written by customers, not bought, and deleting them would be rewriting a public record over an invoice.

Responding to reviews. One published response per review, shown underneath it, in your own words.

Statistics. Views, contact clicks, enquiries, upvotes and reviews over time for your listing, so the effect of a change to your profile is visible rather than guessed at.

A Pro badge, on your listing page and on your rows in lists, plus shareable badge images for your own site and channels.

Your own contact route. Your phone number and your own website link on the listing, alongside the Ranked enquiry form. A free listing shows its address and directions; the direct line to you is a Pro line.

No competing listings on your profile. A Pro listing's page carries no sponsor slot and no other businesses. A visitor who reaches your page stays on your page.

What Pro does not buy

A position. Not directly, not by paying more, not by pushing a competitor down. The order of every list is computed from upvotes, reviews and completeness, in the database, identically for every listing.

Pro gives a business access to a signal it can then earn or fail to earn. A Pro listing with poor ratings ranks below a free listing with strong upvotes and a complete profile, and that is the intended behaviour, not an edge case.

It also does not buy exemption from the rules: bought upvotes and fake reviews are removed from Pro and free listings alike.

Sponsorship is a separate thing

Sponsor slots — on home pages, city hubs and lists — are advertising. They are labelled as advertising, they sit outside the ranked order, and they never change the list beside them. They are sold separately from Pro, and buying one does not affect a score.

When and how much

Pricing is per listing and per field, and every site's price is published on what Ranked Pro costs. The trial runs 14 days, takes no card, and ends by itself.

Before that: get listed in five minutes, fill the profile in properly, and compete on the two components that are open to every listing whether it pays or not. How Ranked works for businesses explains how the ordering is produced.
